Running good cold is a good sign. The rough idle warm could be many things - not the least of which is vacuum leaks. A good fuel system cleaner might help - but a ggod one like Lubro-Moly can be hard to find in my experience. I like Star Tron which also helps reduce the negative effects of ethanol  or, Marvel Mystery Oil which is just a good old fashion top lube and fuel system cleaner that is especially suited for K Jetronic because it is a recirculating fuel system. After you have driven it a while - especially with a fuel system cleaner - it may clear up.
