[DML] accident

1265 was hit as she sat in front of my house.  the lady accorss the
street's minivan rolled down her driveway and right into the d's
driver's rear quarter panel.  The damage appears to be confined to
below the marker light...but who knows if the fiberglass is damaged. 
She has allstate insurance and I go for the estimate tommorrow.  Could
people share their stories regarding getting your D repaired via an
insurance company?  I would like Rob or Houston to do the work.  Has
anyone had experience in getting the insurance company to do that? 
Will they ship it there?  What "magic words" do i need to say in order
for that to happen?

I appreciate any and all stories.
