[DML] Angle Drive Failure Mode

[doctorDHD@xxxxxxx]

Does the angle drive usually fail in one particular way?  When I  disconnect 
the speedo cable from the angle drive, I can see that the drive  "output" does 
still turn but under a minimal load it stops turning.  That  seems to 
indicate that something inside is slipping...
