Right on!  When I taught my kid to drive the last lesson was out on I-
10.    Why isn't it mandatory that drivers learn to drive at high 
speeds and learn the rules of the open road?  Negotiating freeways 
with semis and bad drivers and bad weather is something, afaik, 
drivers don't have to learn in order to get a license.
