There were dealers in all 50 states. It's was a selling point that not
only was there a dealer network, but there was a repair network of
Factory Trained Mechanics & local parts to back up the cars just in case.

I never really appriciated that until I started reading stories about
the Yugo and the Renaults imported to the U.S., and the owners who
were stuck without replacement parts.
