Fully agree.  Bill's fun to be around.  Digitally (newsgroups) he can be perceived as annoying because he is sarcastic and doesn't let things drop.  Likewise, there are those that need to disagree with Bill just to keep stirring things up (i.e. If Bill says he lost an eyelash, Martin will reply by explaining how gravity works).
