Only grease can come out of the tie rod end aka track rod. If the seal
is cracked/torn it is no biggy but it should be replaced quickly,
especially if you drive the car in the rain. Are you SURE the oil
stain is from your car? Are you SURE is is oil? Could it be
anti-freeze? As long as you are checking things it *could* be a
leaking front brake caliper so check it and check the level in the
master cylinder reservoir.
