RE: [DML] eBay fraud (Response from "seller")

Someone e-mailed me recently expressing interest in bidding on this car.  He had e-mailed the "seller" about it and got this response:

Here is the VIN: scedt26t6bd001208.Since you are not the buyer of the car yet, DAS can not provide you with any information concerning the car, due to privacy reasons. You will receive the confirmation for the car's location from eBay once we have started the transaction.For payment I will use eBay Vehicle Purchase Protection. Here is how the process works: - you give me your shipping address, - I start a transaction on eBay Vehicle Purchase Protection,- they send you the payment instructions,- you complete the payment,- they confirm to me that they secured the funds,- I ship the car to you,- you receive and accept it,- they pay me. If the car is not like described you will have to ship it back in 30 business days on my expense, but I am sure that you will love it.If you agree please send me your full name and shipping address so I can start the transaction.Thanks,Peter

Oh, and this guy needs to sell the car because he moved to another country and cannot bring the it with him.  I told him not to bid until we get to the bottom of this.
