Unfortunatly you will probably never be able to fix it completely, if
the shaft is worn.  You can use some double sided tape to hold the
mirror in place, and save your penneys until you can afford a new one.

4045 has the same issue, but I do have a NOS mirror to install.  If
you manage to fix it without replacing it please let me know how you
did it.
