[DML] Loose sideview mirror pivot

My drivers side sideview mirror seems loose on its pivot and tends to
vibrate while driving. I've taken off the bottom cover where the wires go up
into the mirror and see a snap ring on a shaft. What do I need to do to
tighten up this mirror?
