[DML] ticking

Got another problem, 
Since we have had som heavy rain here in PA, I noticed I have a 
ticking sound coming from the back of the car. Everything is running 
fine, and haven't had any problems. I looked to see if anything is 
lose but everything inside and out seems firm and in place. It seems 
to start when the car first starts, then it comes and goes. Not really 
with acceleration, it may start then stop at anytime it wishes. I have 
an appoitment on Monday for an oil change. I still have another 700 
miles before its due but want to have it checked out. Just curious as 
to what it maybe. The last tune up it had was in 2002. And since then 
I have only put about 4k on it. Mostly beacuse it had a new tranny put 
it etc... lots of work.
