Marv mentioned that lunch will be on the beach. Right now the temperature of Lake Erie near Cleveland, about 40 miles from said beach, is 61F (16C for you Canadians). That's a bit chilly, but a short swim might be doable.

For those who missed the 2001 Show and Shine, the Lamplighter Inn does have a great swimming pool. The pool is indoors, under a roof that is both transparent and retractable. This hotel is quite luxurious for the price.

Don't worry about news of the US dollar plunging vs other currencies. The Canadian dollar is dropping, too. In fact, today every US dollar buys you one more Canadian penny than it did just last week!
