Dave, In looking at the diagram and not knowing to what extent your back 
ground is in electronics and in reading diagrams, it's hard to diagnose some 
problems over the chat group with out a lot of back and forth . If you would 
like to call me we can review what you have done and I could give you some 
pointers and things to maby check.
