First of all, that message was supposed to be private but I accidentally let 
it go to the list.
When Jim was speaking, I had mostly a close up of his face while he was 
describing the photos.
I wanted the photos to insert into the video so the viewer could see what he 
was talking about.
This is a common move done in television, and something I had talked to Ken 
about before hand.
(Although he was probably too busy to remember)
Ken told me that I had permission to use anything that I could film or get 
ahold of, but I was
in too big of a hurry at the show to remember to get the disc.
He said he would try to get some of the stuff for me.

Do you have a problem with me selling the video?

I suppose you want me to edit this video for hours and hours,
using up $100 worth of DV tapes, spend a few hundred dollars on blank DVD's,
burn them for weeks, do disc printing, label printing, buy boxes, stuff 
them,
shrink wrap them, package them, mail them.... and do it for FREE?

I guess you work for free all day?

Hello, my name is "VIDEOBOB". I make video for a living.
I own over $100K in television equipment that must be worked off.
If I were hired to do this gig, Ken could have never afforded me in a 
million years to
make this Double-DVD set of the entire show.

I am doing it for fun, and as a service to share the events of the show with 
those
who could not make it or those who want to re-live it again.

There is nothing wrong with doing hard work and getting paid for it.
...and if people are willing to contribute to make the video better I 
offered to pay for
all shipping and media expenses as well as a credit on the video, and a FREE 
copy.
What else should I do Marc?
