[DML] Turn signals/hazzard lights not working

Hello List,

After doing the modification to make the side marker lights flash with
the turn signals as per the tech files, I tried it out before putting
everything back together and it worked perfectly.  However, while
connecting the wires permenantly with connectors, I accidentally
shorted the green wire and now the turn signals quit working.  They
light up, but don't flash.  So, I replaced the flasher module under
the dash, thinking that would do the trick, but still nothing.  No
clicking noise or anything.  All the fuses in the relay compartment
are ok.  I must have really screwed something up somewhere.  Is there
an inline fuse for the flasher under the dash?  What else should I
look for?  Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
