Dear list,
 
Owing to mechanical problems with the new BTTF car, it is quite likely
that I will be unable to fulfil a promise made to the "Nation Space
centre" at Leicester this weekend. Is there any chance an ordinary
DeLorean could go? Sorry its short notice, but I think it would be
enjoyable. See the email below.  I am helping my son move house on the
Saturday and have a trade stand at the Rolls Royce Rally on Sunday as
well!

I appreciate the gearbox problems are not anything that can be fixed
overnight.
 
If you are able to get another DeLorean to display over the weekend that
would be fantastic.
 
10am to 5pm on each day is required, but could be split into days or
shifts.

Malika,
 
I know its very  inconvenient to all concerned, but I currently have the
car jacked up high in the air with all its gearbox in bits, I have spent
a considerable amount of time and money on it and am calling in lots of
favours to try and get it sorted, but at this stage is looking  a bit
grim. 
 
If you want me to try and get another DeLorean Owner to volunteer his
car, let me know the minimum commitment and I will enquire via our
newsgroup.
