Well seen as you are undoubtedly the most experience member of the group as far as personalised number plates go I shall bow to your superior judgement and say that I will let it go for £450.
   
  If anyone out there is considering it then take a look at the Reg Transfers website (www.regtransfers.co.uk) and search for my reg.  I told them I wanted to sell it for around £500 and the amount of extra they add on for themselves is unreal.  I can't imagine why it hasn't sold yet . . .oh, yes I can. . . .because they're price is taking the mick.
   
  Still, if anyone's interested please let me know as I don't have the car this reg used to be on anymore and it would look daft on my current car.
   
  Perhaps someone would like it as an investment?  I'm told there aren't many A1 ABC format plates out there anymore.
   
  I'd love to hang onto it and allow it to increase in value as the BMW M5 becomes more established but finances don't allow this so it has to go.

On the subject of Registration numbers, I have just bought "83 DMC" to
go on my 83 car. I missed it the first time around several years ago, so
couldn't let it get away this time.

I am aware that this has nothing to do with DeLoreans, and for that I
apologise, but I thought it's worth mentioning this on here anyway.
   
  I have the registration "M5 FOC" on a retention document which expires
in mid-October this year and I have it advertised with Reg Transfers,
although as yet it hasn't sold.
   
  I just wanted to give it a mention on here in case anyone has the
right initials or the right car etc that they would perhaps be
interested in purchasing it from me.
   
  I know that it can't be assigned to a DeLorean as it's obviously too
recent a plate, but if anyone is interested at all please contact me
privately if you wish to discuss it with me as I can assure you I will
not be looking for as much as Reg Transfers have it listed on their
website for.
