Use Halfords black plastic bumper paint. Thoughly clean plastic areas
first, (i used the cleaner they sell in a spray) and apply a coat
of red plastic bumper primer paint first. When its done they look
just like new plastic bumpers. Great on side rub strips, wing
mirrors and rear louvre too.

Handy Page for the replacement of the same:-

http://www.delorean.com/files/SteeringcolBushing%20Inst.pdf

Got mine to do 'still', according to this PDF the steering column
doesnt need removing just 'retracting'... its not what i read on the
DML but i will give it a go without taking it all off , not a big job
to remove it completly anyway, just a two man job really

Kind Regards
