Hi

i don't really understand this as i took customs to court...and lost
the 10% and 17.5%.

a car made in Ireland and shipped to the states would not have
originally paid duties as it was destined for a foreign port?

have you got the import papers from UK customs? (the form 388 i
think is the number)
without which you cannot register with dvla
