[doc] Gully

I've had another few hours cleaning under Gully, I must say I am amazed
at how good it is under there. The chassis number is very early as we
would expect from a "Black car" and is 170.   The engine number is 495.
I have now removed the UK speck rear lights and front side/ flashers.
The original ones came with the car.  I am thinking of sticking all the
UK lights and special surrounds on eBay unless a club member wants the
first.  I expect they would sell very well in the USA, but am not
charmed with prospect of shipping them all that way. Any good offers for
my restoration fund?
