[doc] Bodging headlamps for MOT

Hi again

I am still awaiting my new UK headlamps but want to get the car 
through the MOT this week

has anyone used successfully taped their lights for the MOT?
One of my lights lenses is cracked...is this an mot failiure?
If so does anyone have a cheap us spec light passenger side that i 
could buy/borrow to bodge through the mot untill my new lights arrive!
