[doc] wiper motor help pls

HI

i did not mention in my earlier
post that the wipers were working on both speeds but slow.  too slow 
for the
wipers to move when on the screen when they were pulled away from the 
glass
they worked.  I assumed the motor was burnt out/damaged so bought a 
dmch
one.  I now get the feeling that this MIGHT not be needed.  Please
help...does this sound familiar...what should i do?
