[DML] DML: Answers to Window Questions

The Raven has power window problems:

This sounds like a classic window switch contact problem to me. Your
contacts are probably dirty or corroded.

So your passenger side must have a good switch. The first thing to try
is swapping the two switches. If this causes your driver's side window
to work then the your problem is with the contacts in the switch. Try
cleaning it (be very careful when snapping it open, don't lose any
parts!). If the contacts are really shot then you may need to find a
replacement switch.

And yes, your passenger side window is probably off of its tracks.
