At this point its more to find a place that is the right size we are kinda  
in the middle.
To big to be small and too small to be big so there are problems getting  the 
right size venue for an affordable price.
 
Paying $15K for a convention center for one day is pricey and less  expensive 
ones are hard to come by so location is sometimes determined by price  for 
the space. 
 
When we looked at Hershey PA at first before Gettysburg the cost of that  
convention center was three times what we paid in Gettysburg and that was for a  
smaller size.
 
We have to be indoors because if the weather does not cooperate the show  has 
no place to go.  I'd like to have all the above that you mention but it  has 
to be affordable and work for me. There is no problem with crowds as I  really 
don't want to get much bigger.  300 rooms and 600-700 people is fine  with 
me.  I need a much bigger crew if we get over 1000.  Thus DCS  West. Best of 
both worlds.
 
This is Patricks survey so we will let him do the data crunch I am watching  
this and waiting for results just like you all.  I told Patrick what I  
thought would happen and we will see if I was right. :-)
