[DML] Door struts (was aligning latch pins)

2 Years ago I replaced my struts (all of them). since then, my doors will bounce (not hard, but will bounce) if allowed to open freely. Since I didn't have the torsion bar tool, I decided to just live with it. When I open the door, I allow it to come up, with my hand on it, all the way to the top, avoiding the bounce, EVERY TIME. I've had no problems with them, both doors close tightly, are completely rain/water tight with the original factory seals still in place.
Perhaps the ideal is to have them evenly supported throughout the arc but if that isn't (readily) achievable, just taking care with it, each and every time you open the door, is a very do-able work-around.
