I'm becoming more familiar with the mechanism now that I've seen a
photo of one and from everyone's input, but what is causing my cable
to bind I really can't say since I haven't looked at it. I've had
problems with the window since I bought the car 2 yrs ago. I did
manage to buy a used working assembly that is on its way to me so
hopefully all will be good soon.

And now a question:

is it possible to drill a new hole in an original assembly so the
parts line up?

on wi-fi as of today and smiling about it!
