Re: [DMCForum] Re: Rearview mirror mounting



Thanks for the replies Marc & Greg.

Do either of you remember what the mirror base is made of? It's a
plastic mirror, but is there a piece of metal on the base of the
mirror?

Or, is there a "patch" of non-glass material built into the windshield
where the mirror mounts? Or is the entire windshield plain glass
without any real way to tell where the mirror should mount?
