Without knowing the number, that makes it kind of hard - which clearly
illustrates the problem with most cross-reference lists - that and the
fact that many of them are outdated in regards to what is available.

BTW, the following MGB horn (#41) looks close in the illustration to
the OEM DMC horn -

I'd be interested in seeing direct examples of where an exact "like
and kind" part can be had for less than from one of the full-service
