There're only two twiddlable settings on the engine

1: Mixture
2: Timing

A poorly running engine can be affected by a whole host of failed parts.
You have to go through the system and track down the failed parts in
Idlespeed, control pressure regulator, cold start, ignition, injection.
None of which are adjustable. With all new components on your engine,
the mixture will most likely be correct

The timing can be thrown out by the bob-weights gettng stuck in the
dizzy but you can't adjust that out - you have to remove and clean out
the dizzy.
