I can fix your idle ECU and I even would accept paypal though you are not
european.

I have an ECU here that idled at 2000. Took me like 10 minutes to fix it.
If everything else is ok - please doublecheck it first or have someone check
it for you. Costs are low - shipping is the most expensive part of it.

One major issue I keep having is my high idle.
It idles so high that I can curise down the road at 40PMH and never touch 
the gas.
The tach hovers around 1500/2000 at idle.
I have the adjustment all the way to the bottom, and the switch is 
working.....
