[DMCForum] The damn fans and some pesky overheating

I need to find a permanent fix for my fans. For some time now they've 
been coming on when I turn the key, run for a second, then shut off. 
What is this a symptom of?

I've got the fan fail bypass installed and a fairly new otterstat. What 
else do I need to be looking at?
