Are you only trying to replace it because it keeps blowing fuses?  Have you
inspected everything to verify what is in there can't easily be fixed?

Hi Guys!

How hard is it to install an off the shelf generic remote lock system
on a D?
I have one wired in (courtesy the previous owner - eeesh) but it keeps
blowing it's inline fuses.

Has anyone done it?  Other than Bob Zilla. :)
