Yes, he is, and yes, he is. Robert enjoys threatening people. He
issued a similar veiled threat to me when I brought up his screwing (I
said "scamming", like there is a difference) of DeLorean owners on the
DML.

No, if Robert wanted to do something for the community, he'd make them
freely available for download. Technically, he would still be a pirate
in violation of copyright laws, but at least he'd be a "moral" pirate
(given that the IP seems to have been abandoned).
