Well if the car isn't running, and it still needs lots of work along 
with time & money to be a reliable driver, then expensive bling bling 
wheels are the next obvious purchase you need to buy.

Buy the spinning wheels, shit, just finance them, then you can spin 
the wheels by hand to make it look like the car is moving even though 
it doesn't run.
