Andrew,
You probably have a burned out solenoid. The Lockzilla would not be a
problem because a single relay controls the lock power on both doors. You
can rebuilt the solenoid using these directions:

I did this and it worked great, but it does take some time rewinding them.
However, shortly afterwards, my other solenoid gave out too. At that point,
DPNW's actuator upgrade had came out and I switched over. Works great and
is easier installing then rewinding both solenoids.
