I did not make the windows out of lexan because they need to flex.

I looked into getting glass windows made, but  it is prohibitively 
expensive.- like $100,000!!!!

Why?  Window glass must be prestressed so that it breaks into little 
pieces.  This requires

1. making the glass to the correct shape.  Custom molds and curves.
2. hot rolling the glass to stress it.
3. production minimum 5,000 units.!!!

My next choice was the type of plastic windows used in race cars.  In 
some respects actually much safer than glass.

Hey, if someone wants to spend the $100,000, I will give them the specs!!!
