Walt -- have you had it diagnosed?  early treatment is crucial.  Even 
w/o health insurance there must be some agency in FL that will help 
-- or even the American Parkinson's Society.  I lived with a family 
member with Parkinsons for a long time.  If I can help, I'd be happy 
to..................LP
