Holy shit, my wort fear ever working on a car lifted with
jackstands, and you experienced it. How did the car manage to
sustain NO damage after slamming onto the ground? The flimsy front
ground effects would have crushed, and smashed the radiator in the
process. Let alone maybe going into the cooling fans. WoW. 

Using extreme caution if lifting that high using jackstands, only
lift a few 1-2 at a time between the front & back to minimuze the
shift. Especially on a slope. And even as an extra precaution, I
would use 6 stands, two additional in the front just so it wouldn't
be so prone to just tilt forward. And use the jack as well, with the
wheels chocked. True hilbilly style I might add, me being from WVa
originally. But it can be done if very careful. But still, I
wouldn't do it that way. I'd pay to use a lift somewhere if I didn't
have access to one.


Best of luck, and you might want to doubly check for hidden damage,
beyond cosmetic. Any pictures of the car crashed down like that?
