What brand and style plugs have you been running?  I noticed when I was
running platinum plugs in the Z the cap and rotor were very worn after
15k miles.  I switched back to standard NGK's and after 30k the cap and
rotor have half the wear as it did runnig the platnums and the car was
still running smooth.
