Hell, I spent 10 minutes reading that page.

I don't want to squash anyone's dreams, but I think there are better
*unused* engine designs that could use a nice build.  

That engine is COMPLICATED.  Also, it's VERY interference.  If anything
goes wrong (timing), it looks like there would be "rotary" parts for a
mile.
