VIN 500 is the first production car. Period. It's in a museum. It's
displayed as the first Delorean in the production line. It's
documented as the first production car. Prior to that was pre-
production. You had an early VIN. You can even say it was a FACTORY
car but NOT, I repeat NOT pre-production, no matter how hard to want
to believe it or make it true, it isn't. Period.
