RE: [DMCForum] Fridge Run Tampa Segment

Jokes about Bush? Well, I picked up a girl there but I don't recommend
it. It's so thick and dark that I drove in circles for over an hour
trying to get up there where I needed to get her. I'd say if Mel wants
dinner there, then he'd better make sure his hot dog has a good bun.

I forgot about Mel's hotdogs, that's over on Bush.  Farrar any
good jokes
      with that one?
The Mel's Dinner that I was thinking about is a fairly new
place that is
almost across the street from Sears automotive on Fowler.
Take a drive over
and see what you think, they host a cruise-in once a week.  At
least its
just a straight run up Fowler from I75.

      > Walt are you set on Perkins or would you consider going
over to Mel's on fowler across from the mall?
I am open to about any location.  I suggest Perkins because
it is around the corner from my house & easy to find.  Then
people could show up to either place and not be too lost.
Perkins has plenty of parking.  There is a nice lot in the
back where we could have a view of the cars while we eat.
Is Mel's that hot dog place?  The guy who has the red
wiener-mobile?  I've always wanted to get some photos of a
hot chick riding shotgun on that thing.  The only time I've
eaten at Mel's was about 20 years ago.  Mel was all hyper &
kept wandering from table to table messing with his
customers.  It was cool, but I couldn't concentrate on my

      > I think Walt knows more, maybe he will share.
If he is the Dimitry that I've met before, he is Greek and a
musician & school teacher who lives in Clearwater Beach.
His DeLorean is very low miles and previously a garage
queen.  The only thing I don't like about his car is that he
soaks it in a huge tub of Armor-all.  Well, you would think
that anyway if you try to work on it.  Bring towels. :-)
