[DMCForum] Walt - Gabriel [was: I now know why...]

Actually, his latest CD seems to have more religious content than even
some of Sting's music. Gabriel talks about growing up and death, and
in one song how the body is "just the car that we ride in ... the hall
we reside in". The songs have simple titles as usual: "Growing Up",
"More Than This", "I Grieve" ... Oh, and then there's the
trash-TV-bashing song "The Barry Williams Show" where he basically
lambasts Jerry Springer without mentioning his name. :)

I'll bring it along. I'll probably need it on the drive anyhow, along
with Dream Theatre and ELP. :)

I'm curious to hear what ole Pete has been up to lately.
Remember that I'm the eccentric religious freak.  I sold or
threw out almost my entire CD collection not too long ago.
As pop music can have lots of satanic stuff in it, some of
my collection was no exception.  Even if it ain't satanic,
there is some Bible verse that says that if music doesn't
praise God then it is anathema.  The alternatives are mostly
wimpy sissy stuff.... Anyone want to set me up with a
computer to synthesize kick-ass non-evil music?
