Thought about this after "send" button was already pressed (but that
message was long enough anyway):

Nowhere did you mention turning CO2 screw to lean fuel mixture back to
5%. Why don't you try that before giving up on non-Lambda experiment.

This isn't rocket science: Without Lamda the upper fuel distributor
chambers are going to flex to a maximum size and stay there. That's
it. That's the whole point -- to remove constant fluctuation of lower
chambers by frequency valve. All you have to do then is adjust
metering piston movement (with CO2 screw) to correspond to maximum
upper chamber volume.

Hopefully your family members are NOT lurking. My sister does, so now
knows all my sexual predilections.
