It's a case of "it depends". Although you can get the bits you need from 
a scrapyard, can you depend on them? We sell them refurbished and that 
costs the parts alone at around £400. Labour wise, it's similar to 
changing a water pump. You MUST have gotten rid of the cat, but the 
stainless exhaust is an option which will benefit the engine greatly. 
EFI? Not really worth it. Porting and polishing, yes, but EFI would 
yield limitied advantages unless you have a turbo.
