AGGH!!!   Your numbers!!

The '95 US s4s was 2.174 liter, 300 hp.  

Also, you should have said "otto cycle" engine, as even the mid-90s
rotaries were making 255hp from 1.3 liters.  Hey, even my engine was
production and is 300hp/ 1.962 liter. 

Also, the japanese law for hp regulation is 280hp.
