Re: [DMCForum] Your opinion is needed

Cars are a passion for me, I intend to have the best self bought car for
my age, plus If I can get my business started within 6 months with a
family member...well lets just say I can buy 2-3 DeLoreans from DMCH
within 2 years if I wish.

at 5k profit minimum a month...well..lets just say It won't be a
problem..Im talking to my uncle (whos a carpenter/carpet
layer=Maintainence will not be high) into seeing if he is interested in a
business venture.

Im not looking into a car as a investment, I want it as a tool of
"Stylish" transportation, with a side of Joy and the slight possiblity
I'll get what I paid for back when Im bored with it.

Im pretty good at business...I just like to have a little fun while I do
it ^.^

For the life of me, I have never understood the shiny allure of DEBT. 9
out of 10 people I know go out and buy a brand new car as soon as they
get their first real job, and pay pay pay for it. What's the sense in
spending all your cash on something that won't even hold it's value?

Back when I had a real job, i was approved for a loan on a quarter
million dollar house, so I guess Avi with his 8k/year can get a $35k
loan. I'm sure it has to be cosigned by the parentals anyway.

With all this talk about starting these auto business ventures and
buying
apartment complexes, I'd expect you to be much smarter about where your
  money goes.
