The door is flush with the quarter panel and T panel up to the point where
the top of the strut mounts to the door, then there is a bulge. The bulge
recedes towards the corner, but the door's corner rubs on the T panel. 

It seems to me the door is just slightly out of alignment- where would I
begin to try to realign the door?
