You will find that people age 25 and under tend not to use the phone and
rely on electronic media for interaction, orders, etc.

This trend will only grow larger as time goes by.   The age of social
interaction we all grew up with will diminish in coming years as the Gen-Y
and the Millennium generation become major consumers in our economy.  Those
who ignore that fact will ultimately be left in the dust and lose sales by
others who embrace and "exploit" it.
