There appears to be multiple cracks and a concern is that the manifold could 
disintegrate into pieces when it is removed.  Welding may be a last resort 
option if a replacement part can not be found.

It can be welded using proper procedures (clean, preheat, post heat) and an
arc welder (not mig or tig). Most older machine shops can do it for you.
